Need help, not sure the best second SS neither talents. Feedback plz Build by championBuilder 0.4.1Download this Build here.: Level 40 ChampionSuperstats:Level 6: Super PresencePowers:Level 1: Righteous FistsLevel 1: Thundering Kicks -- Crippling Challenge, Floating Lotus BlossomLevel 6: Lightning Reflexes -- Rank 2, Rank 3Level 6: TeleportLevel 8: Ego Sprites -- Challenging Strikes, Slave MentalityLevel 11: Form of The MasterLevel 14: Parry -- The Elusive MonkLevel 17: Bountiful Chi Resurgence -- Resurgent Reiki, Rank 2Level 20: Eye Of The Storm -- Blade Beyond The Veil, Rank 2Level 23: Dragon Kick -- Lashing Dragon TailLevel 26: Shadow Shroud -- Terrifying VisageLevel 29: Evasive Maneuvers -- Rank 2, Rank 3Level 32: Protection Field -- Rank 2, Rank 3Level 35: Masterful DodgeLevel 35: Jet Boots -- Rank 2Level 38: Inertial Dampening FieldEgo Sprites -- Challenging Strikes, Slave Mentality: Not sure if the challenging strikes is applied on every tick, got this assuming it does, sound OP to hold aggro, especially with a lot of mobs. Form of The Master: Can be replaced with FotT, if got the second SS dex. Parry -- The Elusive Monk: Mostly because of the dmg return, Energy Shield -- Laser Knight can be a replacement Shadow Shroud -- Terrifying Visage: Fear + Energy gain sounds pretty good, not sure if it really is

Ego Sprites -- Challenging Strikes, Slave Mentality I am unsure as well about the CS applying on each tick. You can check by timing how long the CS lasts on a training dummy with one application. If it lasts 10s, then it does not reapply per tick. If it lasts 20s, then it does.
Either way, holding AE Aggro is not as important as holding Main Aggro, which you should have covered with Thundering Kicks w/CC spam and SS Pre. For swarm situations that you need AE, most mobs will drop before threat is an issue. You can drop EgoSprites altogether unless it is for theme purposes.
Form of The Master: Can be replaced with FotT, if got the second SS dex. SS Dex should be chosen with either form. Personally, I prefer FotTempest, even for tanks. With FotTe, you can proactively build stacks. This helps when you are not main tank.
With FotM, if you do not have aggro, you will not get stacks. With less damage, you will have less threat generation; which makes it harder to gain aggro. The only bonus is SEP adv. which imo is a bit overatted. If you cannot survive with one BCR + the rest of your defenses, do you think one more BCR will make enough of a difference to outweigh the problem stated before? I can see the argument for Soloing, but not for tanking for a team.
Parry -- The Elusive Monk VS Energy Shield -- Laser Knight Energy Shield -- Laser Knight is the superior option. Dodge+Avoidance bonuses have a heavy diminishing returns, which you will hit simply by having LR R3 + EvasM R3. Energy Shield -- Laser Knight adds much more than you would gain through Elusive Monk.
Shadow Shroud -- Terrifying Visage: Fear + Energy gain For this build, you will probably find this selection to be underwhelming. If you need energy, you should look into an Energy unlock like MSA or ThermalReverb+Flashfire. Either of these can be kept on permanantly and combined with FotT+Dragon you will have a constant stream of incoming energy w/o ever using your Energy Builder.
Notes: Overall you have a solid core build on your hands. I have a similar build and can Main Tank nearly anything with a good party. Let me know if you have any questions. =)

I was not sure how flexible you are with theme, but if you are open to the adjustments here is your build with the proposed changes: : Level 40 ChampionSuperstats:Level 6: Super DexterityLevel 13: Super PresencePowers:Level 1: Righteous FistsLevel 1: Thundering Kicks -- Crippling Challenge, Floating Lotus BlossomLevel 6: Lightning Reflexes -- Rank 2, Rank 3Level 6: TeleportLevel 8: Form of the Tempest -- Rank 2Level 11: Bountiful Chi Resurgence -- Resurgent Reiki, Rank 2Level 14: Dragon's Wrath -- Rank 2, Rank 3Level 17: Eye Of The Storm -- Blade Beyond The Veil, Rank 2Level 20: Energy Shield -- Laser KnightLevel 23: Evasive Maneuvers -- Rank 2, Rank 3Level 26: Protection Field -- Rank 2, Rank 3Level 29: Thermal ReverberationLevel 32: FlashfireLevel 35: Masterful DodgeLevel 35: Jet Boots -- Rank 2, Rank 3Level 38: Inertial Dampening FieldTalents:Level 1: Quick TriggerLevel 6: AcrobatLevel 9: ShooterLevel 12: FinesseLevel 15: AsceticLevel 18: Shrug It OffLevel 21: ShowmanshipDragon's Wrath R3I suggest Dragon's Wrath R3 to replace Dragon Kick w/adv because with LR R3 you will hit harsh diminishing returns to any additional Dodge/Avoidance buffs that are not flat (EvasM). This will also give you a way to output some decent DPS when you need it. Otherwise it will be a chore to kill things with your other attacks. Word of caution: I have NOT tested this exact build to check its performance in Threat Generation and Survivability. However, I have tested very similar builds and they do extremely well in both departments. Let me know how the build works for you after you have fleshed it out with gear. I just completed and posted my Tank build earlier today. It uses a very similar core build to what I have suggested for you: Sequoia the Protector: High Threat Tankchampions-online.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=gameguides&action=display&thread=1311
