I've teamed with KenpoJuJitsu3 quite a few times with this toon, and he seems to like it so I thought I'd post the build here. I can 5 man in the powerhouse on hard fairly easy with it.

an actual clicky power that is a hold and does -33% damage str to target, +100% resist to all damage to myself, and +3,133 hold to target. Also straight 34 pre, 23 def
SD: 8 str, 20 ego, 8 pre, 5.7 def
SD: Weaving Shadow Open Palm Form
25% Shadow Burst to target that gives 25 Dimensional Damage. Also straight 11 end, 11 ego, 5.7 def
PU: Alien Crystal
another actual clicky power. It gives +1,109 confuse in a 90 degree cone for 50 feet. Also straight 33 ego, 22 def
SU: 8 con, 20 ego, 8 pre, 5.7 def (times 2)
So now we have the normal 14 powers a lvl 40 would have with the 2 extra clickys I have in my PD and PU....so 16 powers.
In additon I have the following Bloodmoon powers:
Revanancy=hold/fear
Radion's Revenge=de buff/damage
Supernatural Possession=hold/heal
Eroded Shard=repel
So now we are up to 20 powers.
I can afford the extra clicky powers in my PD and PU easily because my AoPM gives me the boost to stats that I need.
How it works:
Hit Palliate with the advantage=no aggro. Darkspeed in, drop weakness sigils, hit ego storm=stunned after completion of ego storm Radion's revenge for some AOE de buff, bring shadows out (with advantage on them that all the damage they do heals me), stealth sigils, mini drive attached to either illumination for a double de buff or to life drain for a de buff/heal. With stealth sigils up they cant see me, hold with grasping shadows, void possession, or confuse with alien crystal. If I get aggro, hit em with telekinetic wave with some zero endurance for them with the advantage on that. You get the idea.
Now I know that bosses in CO have a great deal of resist to holds and such. Thats why I added de buffs to the build. The de buffs in this build consist of: slows, reduced damage output, reduced defense, and reduced endurance to zero for a time.
In additon the 5% corruscating might application applies more than you would think, hence upping my damage.
This toon is very fun and very active to play.
The travel power of either SS, LS or Darkspeed is a real help as well.
