I'm about to go Gold and will be free forming one of my Silver ATs. Below is the build that I've more or less settled on. It's not optimized by any means. What I was hoping for is a character that is capable of soloing and be somewhat useful in a group. Have I missed or significantly blundered anything? Any feedback would be appreciated.

This build must have Lock & Load with the Two Smoking Barrels adv.
Test Tread Softly and Lashing Dragon Tail to see how much of a boost they're giving you (just execute them with the character window open - it should show the change in Dodge/Avoidance). With Lightning Reflexes, you're up against the point of diminishing returns, so they may not be giving much, and you'll value the offense of switching to rank 3. One power that is not effected by diminishing returns is Evasive Maneuvers.

Thanks skeeter - I've worked Lock N Load in for I Tides and I'll test the others as well in regards of diminishing returns. Greatly appreciate the feedback.

In group play you may find it difficult to maintain your stacks of focus, but I would also like to add that I have run similar builds and you shouldn't have any problems surviving if you opt for Form of the Tempest instead.
There is also great synergy between Burning Chi Fists/Fists of the Righteous Flame and Bullet Beatdown (though if you go that way get Not Without Incident and rank 2).
If you opted to make those alterations then you might also consider using Energy Shield/Laser Knight (won't need rank 2) which will provide protection while you attack; it also looks really cool with Bullet Beatdown. Bullet Beatdown is a muni power so it will also proc Killer Instinct.
A lunge isn't entirely necessary for this build, you could just maintain 2-Gun Mojo on your way into melee range, or you could maintain Lead Tempest until the mobs come to you.
