This does not require a killer build. Just a knowledge of what part of the AP you want to replay.
steps
1. Get a piece of +.50 elemental resist gear.
This is a defensive primary, and easy to acquire at level 26+, as it can be crafted. (The required level might actually be a little lower.)
2. Set difficulty to Elite. This is important, do not do Very Hard.
3. Complete the Alpha bunker, including Viper-X. Do whatever you have to do to complete this one. Team up, use punji traps, whatever.
4. Almost complete Bravo Bunker. When you defeat Freon, do not take his generator key.
Keys to beating Freon:
- Equip the elemental resist gear, especially if you have an offensive passive
- When he roots you, get out of it with a lunge, evasive maneuvers, or an active offense. Otherwise block. That root is a setup for his Shatter, which actually does pretty good damage.
- When he disappears, apply target-free damage (PBAoE, Sigils, etc) or block.
- Pets, including device pets can be very helpful. If he targets them, you're home free.
5. Log the character and wait 5 minutes, or join a pvp match.
When you log back in, you'll be back at the U.N.T.I.L. SL Jet. You can leave and come back later if you want. At the Jet, you will have an option to enter that says Alpha Bunker Complete - that's the one you want. You'll have to travel to the bunker again, but when you enter it, you will be inside the bunker itself.
Bravo is a much easier bunker than Alpha, because all the Viper agents in there are Henchmen level (no Bunker Busters, Munitions). Freon is much easier than Viper-X, as he doesn't use any KB to knock you into the electricity. Add the elemental resist and he's not bad at all.
Don't waste your time looking for henchmen drops. The only reward you're interested in is the Freon drops (other than the generator key, of course). And yes, I said drops. I'll not elaborate further.
If you have a good henchman killing AoE or Teleport, running Bravo will take less than 10 minutes.
