Greetings
With the new Resistance update, thought it would be nice to get one of my toons to be in theme (military/guns), so I drafted this build on PTS after looking up similar builds + getting advice from Kenpo on tweaking it.
Initially it was supposed to run with Defiance, but after testing that build it didn't really turn out alright So, it is currently running on LR.
Purpose of the build is to tank bosses (tested tanking Qwijibo on PTS, and managed to down him with a friend), and look good I guess
<this is a retcon@40 build, haven't tried levelling with it>

My rotation:
- Be in Protector Mode.
- Start off with Dragon Kick for rush buff, and use Bullet Beatdown to get threat in melee range.
- Cast Evasive Maneuvers, heal with BCR if needed and maintain Mojo as I close back up to target.
- MD/Resurgence during emergencies.
- Rinse and repeat.

I tested another variant that uses the end builder for Unarmed, replacing Bullet Beatdown with Defensive Combo and Killer Instinct with MSA. With Defensive Combo, the threat management is pretty much easier than the build above. Keep note of Defiant stacks from Defensive Combo, and Avoidance buff from Dragon Kick. MSA kicks in a lot from constant casting of BCR and EM, so energy management is better.

I'm choosing guns and unarmed cause of theme mostly but wouldn't want a gimped themed toon, so at least I try to make it useful. I didn't take any lunge since I can just maintain Mojo as I close up to the boss to melee.
My total dodge with EM/Parry adv/Swinging+Flippin'/Dodge gear @ Primary Def slot is at 80% and avoidance with Dragon Kick advantage is at 82% with my current yellow/green gears on PTS. Was spotting around 9k hp as well. Not too great, but the build works even without blue gears.
Credits to Kenpo for helping with my initial build, as well as AshenX for his unarmed build that I used as a reference to build mine.
