I'll list my #1, just because it's so obvious
Way of the Warrior: the Ranks Right now they apparently do next to nothing, a very small increase in the damage bonus (about 5% of the bonus itself). It's so bad I'm inclined to test it to make sure.
Compare that to Quarry, which has a really cool adv in Fair Game, and the ranks: 1) Improve the damage, Dodge, and Avoidance bonus at the rate you'd expect (+20% of the bonus) 2) Improve the INT and EGO bonus (I'm not sure the %, I'm goign off of the wiki)

I can tell you firsthand that Way of the Warrior ranks are underwhelming improvements. Going from rank 1 to 2 is a definite improvement but from 2 to 3 it only adds 4% to the damage buff and nothing else.
I actually want the Accelerated Metabolism advantages to get a serious review from the devs. Right now they just provide a small chance to give you a next to nothing energy gain. Putting it on your energy builder attack sounds like a good idea on paper but once a FF or AT has sufficient levels under it's belt the strict need to rely on your energy builder isn't really there anymore.
Instead of a small percentage to give negligible amounts of energy why not have the advantage give you a small attack speed increase or actually make an ability cost less for a bit. Do something that will actually have people considering taking the advantage.

Fury of the Dragon.
I love the look, but man does it need a boost in the damage department. Just make it tick faster, or pump up the damage per tick, just something. That way, I won't look like a tool when I use it randomly in a tough fight!
Edit: Also, Eye Beams. They need a bit of a boost in the damage department, but not too much - I like the low power usage aspect of it.

I have no problems firing Concussor Beams and a Chest Laser while the Eye Beams are active-WAITAMINUTE! Yeah, that'd be nice, just for the "Pseudo-Superman-Tribute" characters, along with anyone else that might happen to fire beams from their eyes (since the only other thing coming to mind is Gort.)

When I first started this game, Sho Nuff was supposed to have eye beams (one of the reasons his eyes glow). I tried to use them even though I had to wait for other powers to come off of cooldown. In the end I just had to give them up as they were too much of a hidnerance and Sho Nuff's power concept took many many turns as I learned the game. Eye beams were the first to go. Edit: I'd like the TK pass they're working on now to take a different direction. I was looking forward to spending some time on my old TK toon...until I tried the changes. After that, I had to sweep him like he was a Laker... What? Too soon?

Stop making me laugh out loud at work! What's the new direction? They are trying to improve TK but TK has an inherently bad energy return mechanic that devs seem bent on trying to improve rather than scraping, despite virtually all of the testing players saying ditch it.

hmm. I might look that up, If I have any more questions I'll make a new thread
I agree about Way Of The Warrior. I never felt much stronger after gaining either rank
Imo Reaper's Caress is relatively weak. For Blades spamming Scything Blade is more effective than wasting time with RC. It's single-target, shouldn't it do more damage than SB? Also, the fact that it doesn't cause a bleed until the third hit of the combo is weaksauce.

I thought they changed that to each strike having a chance to cause a bleed with a bleed guaranteed on the third strike.

I thought they changed that to each strike having a chance to cause a bleed with a bleed guaranteed on the third strike. They did, on January 25 when F2P started. 15% chance on strikes 1 and 2, 100% on strike 3.
