Ok I wanted to try my hand at making a tank using the HW framework. A couple of notes. 1. Champions Builder does have the Devestator innate but I can't seem to update my file to show it so substitute that for Superhuman 2. I didnt assign many ranks cause I have no idea what to put ranks into. I plan to gear heavily towards rec with con thrown in. Defiance, Medical Nanites, Personal Force Field and Regeneration are all slotted passives - you can not use two at the same time. My recommendation is to use Defiance and dump the other two.
Put Enrage in there. You'll get some enrage stacks with your other powers, but Enrage + Defiance + SS STR works so well it's a waste not to put it in.
I'd recommend some block enhancer other than Force Shield. It's nice, but really it's not "the" block for builds in Protector Role unless they maybe have SS END. Guard and Ebon Void will both be more valuable to your build.
Imbue works well with SS CON, Resurgence and charged attacks.
You would probably get some value out of Molecular Self-Assembly (MSA), though that would mean putting some points in INT (which shouldn't be a big issue, since it doesn't compete with STR, CON or REC on your Primary Utility). MSA is great with Lunges and similar cooldown powers.

Champions Builder does not have the Devestator archetype yet so for my innate talent use that instead of superhuman. Tis updated now!

ok I have tweeked the build more. A few things, 1: A ranks are still a problem for me so could use advice on those. 2. I have an extra adv point I need to spend. 3. Still a work in progress to make the best tank out of him. 4. Guard is in late as I really don't know when to slip it in, just wanted to make sure I had it for the end game lairs.
