Just wanted to say hi to everybody. I am the (sorry) from the other board that only post once every 6 months or so.
I just wanted to say I really enjoy all the banter and such over on the other board and that is why I came here. Plus I missed Mother Love.
I might be a wall-flower most of the time but when I say something I mean it and I have thought about it.
Just to let everybody know. I am an old metalhead/punk and if I say something that is offensive then just let me know. I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings. Well, anybody I think counts feeling. And that is most of you that use this board.

Actually, I am putting my music on Cloud, and according to it's tally, I have uploaded 49 genres so far. Until then I could only name about three . . .

I have a 20GB with Amazon. Free for the first year with a cd purchase, and then $20 a year after that.

I only listen to classical and opera now. I have tried to like modern stuff but I found that it just grates on my nerves. Postmodernism killed the joy for me. I used to be passionate about music but as I got more education I began to see what a rip-off it all is. You see, I think things should be pure and when you distill the essence out of modern music you get back to the older form. In the case of the music I like it always distilled down to classical and opera. Even with punk it is about emotion and even that can be distilled down to classical. |

Not really the "in" thing nowadays in my country since everyone is either listening to Chinese or Korean music. But who cares! As long as you are satisfied and don't offend anyone, no one can really stop your way of life. |
