I must confess I have been completely devouring the content of this forum for a while now, so figured I should register. ^_^
CO is my first 'proper' MMO experience barring some time with Ultima Online way back when broadband internet was still just a glint in the cyper-milkman's eye and a couple of abortive attempts to 'get' MMOs with the WoW trial (ugh, the community on there was enough to put me off for years) and a couple of days in DDO when it went free (I still can't understand the motivation for 'fantasy' themed MMORPGs when you can get a better experience from offline RPGs if that theme floats your boat)
Anyway - all silver at the moment (ironically been put off going 'gold' until I've levelled at least one character to 40 in silver by the bizarre choice that your 'silver' characters aren't playable upon subscribing unless you convert them..) Got a level 33 Grim which is fun, but began to get tedious with how 'hands off' the combat is and a level 14 Behemoth which has *really* sold CO to me as the Roomsweeper is the first power to *really* make me feel like a superhero in-game. ^_^
Thus far, thoroughly enjoying the game. Obviously, like anyone, I have opinions, and I'll no doubt be sharing a few of them over the coming days and weeks hence the registration.
Finally, just wat to thank everyone who's contributed to the guides on here which both helped me with levelling most effectively and also have also inadvertently schooled me pretty fast in MMO-ese as well as tactics.
