When I started this character I wanted to focus on a speedster that just mainly hit very quickly, so One Hundred Hands seemed a perfect fit. It's not a very strong power so I figured I'd focus DEX and crit to try and beef it up. I chose Dragon Uppercut for theme (punch) but also to help energy regen on a full charge. Defensive Combo's shielding gives me a nice buffer so I don't die quickly.
Other than that, I'm wondering if there are any improvements, possibly in powers from non-punchy sets, that might work or help. Is DEX/Crit even worth it with this kind of build or should I focus more on Knocks? (knockbacks suck since this is melee though...).
Any input is welcome, thanks in advance!
