So in all my time playing CO, I've always seen friends or casually-seen players somehow speed-level their toons from 6 to 40 either within the week, a few days, or even the same day they make them. I am aware about the insta-level to 30 pack in the Zen store, but is there a F2P system, stratedgy or glitch that I am unaware about? I usually do a mix of Grab alerts to get the XP bonuses along with doing mission quests. But after a while, I just get bored of doing missions altogether and slow on the leveling process.
I would like to hear other's opinions or tips on this, as it may help max out my characters quicker or help speed the process just a lil' bit before the boredom hits.
Thanks in advance if you do, Fawna

The last Defender's National Training Program (or two), I completed leveling a character in the span of 2 days. Granted, I don't recall how many hours were spent doing specifically that each day, but they were days off for me. I did exactly as you described: Doing Grabs while doing missions. However, there are some key factors to how fast that can level you; heirlooms, XP boosts, and knowledge of the route. And though it may not be totally necessary, a good leveling build can make things even faster.
One common trend is that I do not go to Canada or the Desert until around level 21. I pick mosts non-interior missions in Westside to get to 14 or 15 (Grab optional at 11) then let Grabs get me to 16 or 17, depending on the Grab rotation. At that point I start City Center with Imported from Canada, and the questlines from there with some Grabs peppered in to taste get me to 21--again, with as few interior missions as possible (aka no Argent quests). Hunter-Patriot missions, go to Desert for Stronghold missions (minus the part where you actually go in) at 23-24, come back to Canada once that's done for Viper missions, then over to MC Downtown for the Witchcraft line, go back to Canada for Burial missions until 30, at which point Monster Island is the home stretch. It'll take you from 30 to 40 following the mission lines with some Grabs in between.
Some part is also knowing when to queue for Grabs. The time of day and whether an event is going on influences que times, but on top of that, it's important to know what maps are the most time-efficient for XP. Personally, my list from greatest to worst is as follows; Fighting City Hall > Bank Robbery > Day at the Mall = Museum Heist > Stitch in Time. That being said, sometimes it's a matter of luck whether you get good ques or not. When Grab is on City Hall, I will always que it at least once, while if it's on Stitch in Time, I will only que it if I need the XP buff.
There's usually people selling XP boosts on auction, but you can also keep an eye out for events that give you them for free. Heirlooms can take a while to get but they're well worth the investment if you intend to level a sizeable amount of characters. They give pretty high stat scaling per level and makes fighting things more trivial, granted you have a good leveling build. Grabs can still be hard even with them though, they don't make you invincible.
I enjoy leveling here. I don't usually rush it unless I'm inspired to get a new build to 40. But, I do advise taking breaks from it now and then, or taking some different route in the missions to keep it lively. Burnout is real, and I can tell you all about it, aha
