Creating builds seems to be growing on me, so here is yet another one I put together. The theme of this one is a telepathic tank (I am aware that the power set has not been revamped as of yet), that slowly riddles down their target, sort of like a death of a thousand cuts. Using debuffs and pets to primarily do its damage, it will poke the enemies, while still surviving most attacks thrown its way.
Not sure what to add for the last three powers, also still have some Adv points available too.
I am curious to know what you think about it, and also if you have any critiques.
