I recently updated the flash player plugin for my main browser, Firefox, and its giving me problems because the plugin for the ARC overlay browser wont update and is causing some kind of conflict. So now i have to open up the ARC browser files and delete NPSWF32.dll if i want to watch any flash videos online. But if i open ARC to play Champions online it "repairs" itself and replaces the file. I tried replacing the file with the corresponding file from the updated version but it still "repaired" itself.
I'll take any ideas with how to fix this. Its extremely frustrating.
Thanks

My advice is to link to CO via another launcher like Steam, or just launch it via a desktop shortcut. I ran into the exact same issue yesterday, and it drove me bonkers until I figured out what it was.

Bypassing the Arc launcher by using a shortcut was what i did. Turns out i know a guy that works at PWI, formerly of the Cryptic QA team that launched CO. I was at a board game night with some friends the night after i posted here and had a chat with him. He pointed this out to me and i couldn't believe i hadn't thought of it myself.
