With the upcoming CDR changes - I believe AoAC will become more popular as a passive. From my testing AoAC + Recovery Primary (Second Wind) + Intelligence Secondary (w/Intel Mods) = very good cool down reduction. I would gear for cool down reduction as well. Spec trees also chosen to help keep AO and AD up when needed. This build should make stacking DOT's easier post nerf.
