Hello all.
I have been thinking about making a gadget concept character while still keeping him a healer. I have only been gold for awhile and have been stealing builds from various sites/forums and need some expert advice. To keep my concept I need these powers:
1. Power Bolts (energy builder) 2. Mini Gun 3. Support Drones 4. Orbital Cannon 5. Pulse Beam Rifle 6. Energy Shield
I was planning on using bionic shielding and Psionic Healing for heals. Also the Resurection Serum for res. Other than that I have no idea what powers to choose. I was unsure if compassion was a good choice but I have no clue on the energy unlock or what specs to choose.
The travels I will be using are one of the superspeed variants(unsure which right now) and jet boots(for easy maneuverability)

Hi, Firstly Ninja Vanish doesn't dump threat directly but it might let you get away far enough (or hide) that they lose you and eventually lose threat that way. Secondly I've cobbled this idea together, it'd really needs testing in the PTS first though. It should be nicely survivable, a decent healer and not bad damage as well. I've incorporated all the powers you marked in there but I think this build is now overstacked on heals (but hey so's my Angela) and I'd be very tempted to remove bionic shielding and replace it with a defensive passive like unbreakable. Energy Unlock: Overdrive works with PA powers and maintains so it works with all your requested attack powers bar Orbital Cannon. PA powers and pretty much means you need lots of energy,so for that and overdrive we have Int & End as SS and Pre for Primary SS for heals and it's access to crits via the spec tree. You'll want a bit of Rec via secondarys and get your Ego up to 70. If you have any spare after that then put it into Pre or Con. I would recommend setting up with two different Primary Offenses, and set them to switch using builds. One should be crit chance with gamblers gem the other bonus healing & sentinel amulet Primary Def should be avoid with gamblers gem Primary Util should favour Cost reduction over Cooldown reduction. As you requested Minigun I've added hand and chest toggle powers as if you are toggling one on you might as well toggle 3 on and get some damage going. U-238 Rounds & Infrared Guidance System advantages have been taken on Minigun to debuff as many targets as we can. This build is designed to operate best in Hybrid but to be able to drop into Support for increased healing. The majority of the heals will come from Med Nanites, Sentinel Aura and the Drones (and these should keep your compassion stacks up nicely on a team) The combined healing from them with compassion is sweet, and you don't have to do anything to trigger that healing! Psionic healing then makes for your big heal. Energy shield will activate via Energy Phalanx when you fire your PA toggles so you should try and attack using them rather than just blocking, as long as you have energy. Pulse Beam is your big ST power and Finite Improbability has been added to increase crit chance and fun. Paste Orbital cannon over the top of any attacks if you can. Possible changes: If you wanted to make it more survivable then replace Med Nanites with Invulnerablity but this will mean that you won't have a passive if you drop into Support role.
