Dude can you explain to me in laymans term why you chose +5 talents instead of +8s? Also dude, do you not have a guide for Behemoths? I find the guide listed kinda too advanced haha my friend needs a help in making a behemoth

Dude can you explain to me in laymans term why you chose +5 talents instead of +8s? hmm, I thought Craddock's Talent Explanations was pretty laymans already. However it's a case of more bang for your buck basically, 2x +5 = 10 1x +8 = 8 Your Superstats will reach a point of dimishing returns at about 200-220 at level 40 which is about equal to a 33% bonus to damage and it's actually really easy to hit that. You can push them higher but it's on an exponential curve and you'll end up pumping massive amounts of points in for a measly damage increase. You can use those points better elsewhere (there are a few exceptions sometimes). Also dude, do you not have a guide for Behemoths? I find the guide listed kinda too advanced haha my friend needs a help in making a behemoth Yeah - Sprime's guide's moved a bit and isn't behemoth specific. forums.champions-online.com/showthread.php?t=123681 However he is open to questions. I don't have much experience with the behemoth but for the Talents I'd be looking at boosting Constitution, Strength, Endurance & Presence in the same kind of 'spread' as Craddock's used for the Void. I'd also be wanting to add Crippling Challenge to Defensive Combo, Onslaught advantage to Clobber and one power with the Challenging Strikes advantages (wherever you can fit it). That's basically as you want as much threat (mob aggro) as you can handle (Crippling Challenge & Challenging Strikes will net you that) and you'll wan tto maintain as much enrage as you can.

Thanks man, that cleared most of my problems. good thing I followed this. I'll just retcon if I need at level 40 thanks man. hahaha However, regaring SPrime's behemoth build, my friend is just looking for a plain (silver account) behemoth. xD Craddock's version of guides are easier to understand xD

Please know that if I do this, I'll be mostly condensing his information - he is the Might guru, so I don't want to suggest that I know more about that framework than he does.

this guide is updated? I can follow this Void build with no problems? which build is better for pvp? As I've been ridiculously busy ever since I left the States, I have not had time to update any of my guides for like a month now. However, things have begun to calm down, so I will start combing them over to make sure things are still good. To that effect, I believe this guide is still good. For PVP, I would recommend the non-pet build. While pets are perfectly viable, speed and timing are everything with PVP, and there is just a tiny bit of delay when working with pets, so because of that, I would recommend taking everything directly into your own hands by utilizing the direct-damage-dealing build.

Shadow pets are actually insanely usefull in pvp^^ Haha, Sabonete33, another good thing to know is that the "better build" is all a matter of opinion. Lunar might be great at pets (and I genuinely mean that! ), but I know that I tend to lag a few fractions of seconds when using such builds, so I recommend the direct damage build. Best thing to do would be to try both yourself. That way you can see which one you like best - and retcons really aren't too steep a price to pay for a build that you personally feel fits you best.

Yeah shadow pets are kinda an iffy choice. Against any ATs the void actually has trouble with though, they do 1-2 dmg a hit IIRC. ...except maybe Mind. I wanna test it vs you now
