Yes, that's right. www.youtube.com/watch?v=9g7VFWHqABI&feature=relatedIn this episode, a gambling addict loses his ranch in a high-stakes bet. (the music is in 27:00) This is not a dub. This really aired on Univision with that music. I was laughing for a good hour when I heard it.

A lot of the songs from Resistance were just generic public domain songs in the first place(they got a little lazy on that part.)
I've heard this song and the final battle song in a lot of TV shows like When Vacations Attack and so on.

Haha that's pretty... disturbing. I've been shadow colossus farming so much that the song has been ingrained into my brain forever. Intense match they got going on over there btw.
It's kind of weird to think why you were watching the said show with such focus you could spot that song, but I'll just let it slide.

Latin soap operas, known to Hispanics as “novelas”, are made for grandmas primarily; but many Latin women watch them addictively. I’m Hispanic so I had to endure them at home as a kid, since that’s what my mom watched ALL DAY, ha-ha and you guys thought you got it bad with the Twilight movies your chicks watch. At least you don’t have to endure this intellect insult called “Latin Novelas”
In general, they have 1 story and 1 story only; one of the main guys is rich, usually the male, and the other one is poor, usually the fem, but not always sometimes they reverse it, then usually towards the ending episodes it is revealed that the poor one was the real rich one, and the rich one was actually poor, how? Well the rich one was adopted by some rich family and he/she didn’t know that, and the poor one was mistakenly given to a poor person, usually as a plot made by some of the evil characters but sometimes by mistake, so then they find out the truth at the end!
They have no writing skill whatsoever, so they just repeat the same stuff over and over, their actors, even though some of the fems are truly gorgeous, have no idea how to act, their camera work and lighting are hideous because cinematography is simply not among their arts, they tend to work on cheap camera formats, and their sets are poorly designed, sometimes being overly decorated, and some other times almost empty so you can tell they are on a cheap studio behind cartoon walls or in a location that have been very poorly prepared for the shooting, so the end result is a final product that sounds crappy, looks crappy, and will be hideous to just about anyone who wasn’t brain washed from childhood into liking them.
And if the above statements don’t lay it down for you, you can get an idea of the level of cheapness we are talking about when they are using a half ass soundtrack from a video game in their novela, it’s not just that is stealing, it’s also that it doesn’t take a genius to see that music is out of place there. this is not the first time they do this kind of thing, in fact it’s quite common, the reason they get away with it is because Americans don’t watch that kind of crap (and I’m VERY grateful of it) therefore there is no one to report them for copyright infringement.
I’m against the copyright Nazis, but in this case I would love them to jump in, just out of cheer hatred for novelas!
I find the whole thing tremendously annoying, that we Hispanics barely have a television that’s worth anything, and greatly the problem is that there is almost no venue whatsoever for anything else but for these novelas, the old Hispanic crowd seems to have no taste for anything else and that fact hurts Latino television directly and tragically if you ask me, I just hope American TV doesn’t get that annoying, and sometimes it gets close (American soap operas are close by in annoyance), but not nearly as cheap.

Here in Italy I can pick a channel named Lady TV or something like that via satellite. It's all about latin novelas, and some of them are so bad they're good. And the lipsync- you wouldn't believe how hilarious that thing is

And the lipsync- you wouldn't believe how hilarious that thing is They are so bad they good only if you watch them for 5 minutes or so, you gotta take into consideration they come in many episodes, over 30 in many cases, and I don't think one could watch one of those entirely and laugh at it for being cheap, more likely you would cry out of your misery. I can see the CIA using these novelas in the future in interrogations, asumming congress doesn't ban the practice for being a crime agaisnt humanity, yeah they are that bad. "OK Dr. Destroyer, tell us what we want to know or we'll hit the play button on that Novela!"

Oh my god the title sequence...
There needs to be a whole Univision soap that's entirely title sequence and credits.
Just people turning around determinedly for 44 minutes straight with ominous/dramatic music playing to a crescendo.

Sits down and watches Shadow Colossi play cards. Wait, wut? -Shadow Colossus howls delightedly as it lays down a full house. -Dr. Destroyer sets down a four of a kind and cackles madly. -Shadow Colossus is enraged! (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
