hi used to play not long after f2p thought i would say hi
oh quick question which is the better at to play i had the void and impulse unlocked as well as the basic silvers

Heya, welcome!
And the AT you are going to choose is really up to you- I would suggest Scourge, Infernal is pretty fun/powerful as an powerset so it can compete with Freeforms in some instances.
If you have the money, of course.
Void is nice too when you get the rotation of powers down.
