Hi all. I am new here. I just created a new character, because, well, I wanted to. However, I want to find a way to take a picture of her that does not rely on my computer's sucky graphics. I can only run the game at min graphics, but I want to take a picture of her that is rendered at max or close to max graphics, which is something I can't do. Here is a picture of her from the "My Characters" page I am hoping to, once I get a good picture of her, some feedback on her design. Edit: I managed to change the thumbnail.

Well I run the game on a laptop with a single core, I don't know if this will work for you or not BUT, you could try to put your video settings to recommended and change the lighting to "high" then move your character detail to the max, I do that and the game looks pretty good on my laptop

I have a dell latitude d620, and for me, the "recommended" settings are minimum.

You're not the only one with a sucky computer, At least you can know that. Ok, but that is beside the point. The point is that because my computer sucks (I never argued that I was the only one with a sucky computer), I can't take a picture of my character in anything other than minimum graphics. I want to be able to take a picture of her so that I get something with the My Character page level graphics at multiple angles, close ups, etc. and was wondering if there is any way to do this short of buying a new computer.

Best thing to do would be to find a fellow player with decent graphics, go to the green room in the tailors in the powerhouse and get them to take a picture of your character and put it on photobucket or similar.
That's what I did for Galeforce a while back.

That's what I did for Galeforce a while back. That might work. I just joined a supergroup, so that will probably be able to happen (if not, maybe we could meet and you could take a picture for me if possible)

One example of how underpowered my PC it for running CO. That is Zed Brightlander floating over the desert at night. Yup, it kind of looks like a foggy evening, doesn't it? Well, I just imagine that every day or evening is a foggy day or evening. So, you are not alone. Welcome to - The Fog of War. Besides, that fog makes for good cover when your sneakin' up on the bad guys. What? I've got to rationalize it so how? ;D

I remember (pretty recently) I had to run around with my reduced graphics and 5fps all the time, I still played the game over 900hours xD So don't worry, if you're a person like me and lived with a shotty computer for many years, CO still holds up if you find a nice social circle to be part off ^^
Oh, damn my manners. Welcome! (and like a month late on a thread... damnit... Well I guess you're here still so no probs)

My computer is so laggy I can get up to five, six frames a second. I'm surprised the game even runs.
