The madatory "Hello!" thread...

Well hi there everyone, nice to see a usable forum for those of us who doesn't want to go gold!

Well i used to play CO a while back but switched to STO when that launched... talk about a mistake!

Any way, i've been playing since start of F2P again and it's a delight to see so many (mostly) positive changes.

Well, I currently have 3 characters:

Rip Aurian - A lvl 35 Fire Archetype, dont really use him.
Chill - A lvl 18 Frost Archetype, on hold atm.
Cancer - A lvl 14 Blade Archetype, the character i'm currently using.

Now what do i like to spend my time with in CO?
Mostly PvP actually, that's why i like my Blade character so much. I'm speccing it purely on PvP advantages and already now, it's a pretty decent brawler.

'Bout your desire for PvP, do you fight in Unrestricted arena or Archetype one? I'm only a Silver member but love to fight with Free form characters. I really wanna find out that if there is Archetype player able to beat a Free form the same or above his level or become the MVP in the Unrestricted Arena?

acrobatoid -> Well at my current lvl, i have no problem in beating freeforms. I play in both Archetype and Unrestricted UTC and most of the time i wind up on the winning team with around 8-12 kills and mostly around 1-3 deaths so i think my score is decent.

But that being said, Cancer is still only lvl 14 so i cant talk about the higher tiers of PvP yet.

Damn, it IS decent for me too. I never get more that 5 kills in Unrestricted brawl.

Back in the days when i subscribed, i had a nearly invincible freeform build with which i won 95 out of 100 matches... let me see if can dig it up...

FOUND IT!

Now THAT build kicked some serious ass in PvP. I could actually hold my ground against lvl 35-40 players in duels (well... those of them who didn't have pure PvP builds...)

Dunno if it would work today...
