Another question: I tried to get unstable accelerant but it says I am missing the prereq, does anyone know what they are? It wont tell me what I'm missing and I can't find the info on google.
Edit: NM, I figured it out, I had 4/5 points in the skill. So does the cap ever increase for putting points into skills or is it static? Also, any suggestions on where to put points into next?

I'm playing a Grimoire right now, and liking it a lot. The Primal Sigil is awesome for mook-killing. Tried a Blade also, but it felt really squishy in comparison.

i was thnking of using The Blade but i have a question.. Can u add elements to ur Weps like fire ice etc? From crafting there are offensive primaries named power replacers that add characteristics to specific weapons like adding electricity to single blade or fire dmg to bow. The only thing is that they are not the best thing to have at the endgame, but for leveling or just casual endgame they are fine and fun. Check the power replacer section on champions wiki and you might find the replacer for you. And.. I'm also playing a Blade ;D

poochyha: If you can afford retconning back far enough to drop Fireball to Rank 2 and pick up Unstable Accelerant instead, I strongly recommend it. The debuff from Unstable Accelerant is VERY powerful. If you can't, then at least your Fireball is now about as powerful as Defile (a popular, powerful Toxic attack in the Infernal powerset). 5 points is the most you can ever put into any power. takashi: Silvers can use power replacer items. You'll have to find one that says it works on Single Blade attacks and has the element you want. They don't scale with level, so you'll need to replace it with a higher level version every now and then. Power Replacers are one of those "great idea, bad execution" types of things that players have been clamouring to have improved for a long time.

There's a list of Archetypes up on the wiki. Poz stated they're shooting for a goal of +2 ATs per month, so you'll likely see the tech and elec voids filled soon. The next archtype they are supposedly rolling out is to be called "The Void," I'd imagine that will be a darkness AT. They have also stated they plan to add one called "The Devastator" soon which will utilize a completely new power framework they are adding. As for me, I've been playing "The Glacier." It was a little rough until I got invulnerability for a passive, but since then it has been quite powerful. I like it, but it almost seems too easy at times. In PvE it holds massive aggro with ease, I've had rooms full of villains beating on me while I AoE farmed them. I've also gone toe-to-toe with it versus every other archtype in PvP and came out on top easily as well.

I'm playing "The Glacier" archetype, I'm currently level 22, and it was pretty fun, so far. With CON+END as my super stats, plus Invulnerability as my passive defensive power, Its like I'm tank/caster, but I would still exchange Invulnerability for Ice Form, any day. I prefer my character to be a bit more realistic, if I have ice powers, I want all ice powers, "Invulnerability" doesn't fit in, and "Superspeed" doesn't fit in, but oh, well. I can't get Ice Surfing, nor Ice Form. I hope in the future they at least allow us to have "Ice Form", instead of "Invulnerability". Other than that, I'm really happy with my character. Options for creation of character were more than enough to make a unique good looking character, even compared to gold member's characters. The creation of character is about person's creativity, you can do A LOT with stuff given to silver members.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem faust. I'm playing a Glacier as well and was not too happy to find out that I was locked out from Ice Slide and Ice Form. To be honest though, I think it's a bit crappy that so many travel powers were locked out. I'm fine with being locked in an archetype and having free form powers go to the people paying, but I really think that all the travel powers should be unlocked for all. Also not being able to change my power colors as a Silver player is rather silly.
Aside from those few gripes however, I'm actually enjoying playing the game. Glacier is pretty slick. It was a bit tough before I got Invuln, but using that with some self crafted heals it's quite good.
