...or just not working? Skill Description says 6.5% chance to add 205 sonic damage to my sorcery skills. Well last night I decided to test it. I defeated over 750 purple gang members and then checked the combat log. ... It fired... three (3) times!!! I have no idea how many times the skill(s) were used, but I am safe in saying I used them over a 1000 times to kill 750 mobs. Maybe there is a decimal place wrong, it looks closer to 0.65% chance of firing. I have replaced it with a +Presense buff now, since I am sure the +damage I get over a 1000 uses will be greater than 615 damage.

The chance to trigger is based on a 1 second charge time. If the power you're using has a shorter time than that (like taps) or short intervals (like 0.5s maintains) it'll be reduced proportionately. Long charge attacks over 1s increase the chance. In addition, it won't trigger off things like Sigils and other pets. Those are separate entities.
That said, Power Replacers are usually trash. The Munitions ones can be good, but you need a green or blue quality one that's on par with your level. It's been something we've been harping on for a long time. Hoping for a PR revision pass now that F2P is rolling.

It triggered off of:
- my energy builder (1) - this power is on pretty much constant, so a little surprised it did not trigger more.
- my DD (1) - my least used skill and from a full charge
- PBAoE (1) - spammed constantly when energy available
