Do you base "Redirected Force" energy cost in "Circle of Arcane Power"?
Because I have been trying to add that bubble to Minerva's build with no success since it was added to the game.
Minerva has same energy unlock and superstats and almost the same specialization.

You do realize Circle of Arcane Power requires you to be stationary in order to be effective?

Yes I do, I've been using it for over 3 years now on one of my top 4 played characters, Saga. I have several characters that are "stationary casters" who stand in circles.

With my stats (R5 gems and purple/blue secondaries), the Arcane Circle, and Compassion I can stand in the circle and maintain Redirect Force permanently as long as I am healing someone to keep procing the Compassion stacks which Sentinel Aura and Med Nanites do without needing a button input. Tested that aspect of this in the powerhouse solo with only my support drones there to heal other than myself. Maintained Redirected Force for 10 minutes before I considered it a successful test. Using a Heroic Helmet of Efficiency with a R5 gambler's gem to help lower costs.

No, generally the block button is enough to resist most knocks unless caught off guard. If I do get knocked it's not a big deal to just drop another circle if I need to and if I want to avoid fall damage I just leave jet pack on.

I can not use the circle for thematic reasons, but there is something I never tried and it is healing at same time at holding it while passive healing other to use the Compassion stack, I never realized about that combination. Thanks!
