How the Dodge re-adjustment affect this? Would you change this in any way pls?

If I were to add Conviction and Rebirth to this, what should I swap out pls?

The dodge changes made me have to actually start using Bionic Shielding again. Before the changes it had gotten to the point where I never needed it anymore because of how high my dodge/avoid were at all times. Bullet Beatdown, Breakaway shot and/or Lock and Load are the first things I look at if I were changing powers in this build.
