Anyways, I wanted to ask how you would mould this build into NO PETS and NO SUPPORT.
Just mystic spellcaster (survivable DPS sorcerer type thingy).

Ditch the pet powers for anything as they are flavor powers. Swap the specs to something like Vindicator and Guardian. Use an offensive passive like Shadow Form.

The below is my general purpose spec tree load out, so it's not amazing in any one area. It provides an excellent balance of damage, defense and passive self healing aiding survivability. You end up with two points left over. I usually use them on Find The Mark or Locus depending on the character and how often they use AOEs.

Vindicator - Rush of Battle (3), Merciless (3), Aggressive Stance (2), Modified Gear (2)
Guardian - Fortified Gear (3), Ruthless (2), The Best Defense (3), TWO points left over for you to choose

One thing that keeps sticking out is the choice of Manipulator on a DPS build, particularly since the build doesn't have many controls to benefit from the manipulator toggle. I'm assuming you plan for TK Maelstrom's stun and Ego Sleep to be staple moves for you in the late game and want them to have a stronger duration.
