Hi there,
I'm a silver player that seems to be stuck in perpetual newbness. I'm thinking of picking up a timecard for some Gold time for a bit, I really want to try my hand at Freeform characters since I enjoy aspects of planning and creating a character far than merely playing a prebuilt character... probably a throwback from my fondness of DnD and character planning there.

Gametime cards are the way to go. Amazon is currently selling 2 month cards for less than the cost of one months subscription.

That's exactly what I was looking at. It seems silly to pay PW the cost for one month when I can get two for less than that.

It's about cost and the question of how long CO can hold my attention.
50 dollars for a single slot is good if I know I'm going to make one character and settle on it. The problem is I don't know for sure. I almost always make multiple characters in whatever game I play. I like making characters.
Instead I spent roughly 14 dollars to buy a 60 day prepaid card from Amazon (amazing deal) that'll get me 60 days to make more than one freeform character to try at a time.
Right now I've made my Erinyes (Single Blade/Archery), Marut (Might/Electricity), RED Engineer (Gadgeteering/Munitions), Kyton (Infernal), Hezrou (Might/Infernal) plus two others I'm currently trying to work out a general theme for.
Are they the best characters? Probably not but I'm having fun with them so far.
