I would consider seeing 2 of those. On my computer at home. Movies suck.

Marvel has been putting one out every May for a while now. My birthday is in May, and my son takes me to the movies to see whichever flick it is.
So, yeah, I'll be there for Thor!

Thor - May 6 Pirates of the Caribean: On Stranger Tides - May 20 Kung Fu Pand 2 - May 26 X-men: First Class - June 3 Green Lantern - June 17 Cars 2 - June 24 Transformers: Dark of the Moon - July 11 Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II - July 15 Captain America - July 22 Holy crap that's gonna hurt my pocket book but I HAVE to see these!! Thor - probably, but not day one, mixed feelings watching the trailers. Pirates - I have never seen any of them, so nope. Kung-Fu Panda 2 - Day one...twice...back to back. X-Men - Day one Green Lantern - H E double hockey sticks NO. Trailers put me off with the overbearing humor I saw. Hal Jordan's character is MIA, only his name is being used if you catch my drift. Cars 2 - Day one...twice...back to back. Transformers - after what they did with the 2nd one. Emphatic NO . Harry Potter - Day one Captain America - I'll probably take a week off to watch this repeatedly simply because it's Captain America.

Pirates - I have never seen any of them, so nope. Really? Not one? Shame...it's a good series. I know, I keep hearing that. I really need to sit down and catch up on them. It's one of those things I don't have anything against (I don't know enough about them to be for against them) I just simply never got around to the first one. I don't jump into a series without starting from the beginning and following the progression. The flipside is that if I start a series I always follow it through unless it does a ton of things I cannot stand (see: Transformers 2: Revenge of the Failing)

It's one of those things I don't have anything against (I don't know enough about them to be for against them) I just simply never got around to the first one. I don't jump into a series without starting from the beginning and following the progression. The flipside is that if I start a series I always follow it through unless it does a ton of things I cannot stand (see: Transformers 2: Revenge of the Failing) You should really watch Pirates 1 at least. I delayed watching Pirates until 2 and kinda wished I hadn't as the first was all sorts of excellent, it felt like when I watched Raiders of the Lost Ark the first time when I was little. The second came out and it had such a 'to be continued' ending and just didn't settle with me so well, fortunately the third was ace and just showed that it was really Pirates 2a and 2b. So I recommend watch Pirates 1 then get hold of 2 & 3 and watch them together just before 4 is on at the cinema. They are probably pitched right so your boy would enjoy them too (check before though). I already knew TF2 was gonna suck from the moment they released the script revealing Devastators wrecking ball(s) so waited until someone bought me the DVD for Christmas. However from what I've seen so far I might well be presuaded to watch TF3 in the cinema (crap subtitle though). I'm pretty much a hardcore Geewunner (and the recent Animated series) when it comes to TFs so after seeing the concept images for Movie Megatron back in 2006 my hopes for the movies were always going to be very much lowered. I'm most looking forward to X-Men and Harry Potter (not seen ptI yet due to the above comments about split movies) with Pirates close behind then TF3, Thor & Capt America probably in that order.

I might watch a couple of them in theaters and wait for the rest to come out on Netflix.

Yeah Thor or Cpt America not exactly interested in.
But X-Men's a for sure, HP I'm like supercollide I didn't see Pt1 yet and wont till i go see PtII in the theater (which most likely will have a back to back screening somewhere hehe) TF3 for sure I kinda liked 2 dunno why lots hated it *shrugs*
Pirates starts a whole new story so I'll probably wait a bit to see it.

It's the animated movie all over again. Count me in. 8) Didn't see the first part 9) I'll give it a shot
