The rundown:
Kinetic Darts - our energy builder
Telekinetic Assault - Our single target attack. Decent damage and leech stacker.
Telekinetic Burst - Our AoE attack that w/ the Adv is also a knockdown for those quick interrupts.
Aura of Primal Majesty - Now I've mulled it over and over which Aura to take, this one won for various reasons. Increasing your stats means you do better healing/bubbles and become more formidable. You could replace this with Aura of Radiant Protection if your wanting to help the party negate some damage. However, AoPM does make it easier to get above the soft cap for your SSs.
Empathic Healing - Our main healing 'go to' ability. Energy efficient and increases healing the longer it is maintained.
Protection Field - Presence increased bubble that returns energy when the persons with it on take damage.
Miniaturization Drive - Our first 'support' ability. With SS Int your guaranteed to have this up almost constantly on the enemy. With the adv, this makes sure that you can move where you need to be and increases your damage, you know, just in case you don't need to do any healing.
Psychic Vortex - Now any crowd control can be taken here, I just really like this one. Debuff the target so they take damage when they attack. Single Minded adv adds a chance for some more of that oh so lovely crowd control ^_^.
Palliate - This really has two uses... your "Oh Snap!!!" heal for when a party member is going down (and if its the tank, the extra Presence it bestows help 'em hold agro better) or you can use it on yourself to increase your Presence to make your heals/bubbles stronger.
Skarn's Bane - Decent damage cone AoE but more importantly, it debuffs the enemies from energy forms and buffs.
Inertial Dampening Field - Help saves you on heals and since your in Sentinel role you really won't see the energy reduction.
Divine Renewal - W/ the adv, Resurrects up to 4 party members within 25 foot sphere of you.
Ascension - Active Offense that increase damage by a small amount and healing by a generous amount... plus it gives you flying incase you didn't take a flight as a travel power.
Support Drones - These are unnecessary but I really didn't know what to put here, so i figured, might as well have a 'cast and forget' healing ability <_<.
Having SS Int and AoPM makes sure that all your cooldowns are up and ready for when you need them.

Reason for this build...
I have always enjoyed support style characters no matter what game I play. However, with the vast options that CO has to offer, I was overwhelmed with what to take. I've seen sorcery healers, mentalist healers, celestial healers, ect. but none of them had that thing I was looking for, except mentalist. So this build is dedicated to the few of us that don't care about pushing numbers but rather obtaining the task in hand, which is surviving the experience (because no one likes dieing and running back <_<).
All forms of criticism welcomed... just not necessarily listened to =^_^=
