Hello i am planing on going pay to play but i was working on my build first using the build creator. I was wondering if someone could help me out. I was wanting to make a darkness/Might build with regen. Was wondering if i could get some info on some powers that would work and if this could be possible.
I will post the build i have made soon. I will take criticism, so help me by fixing or trying it out for me.
Thanks

Post your build when you piece it together and people will chime in to help you get it to where you want it to be.

Here is my build, and as i said i will take the criticism. I would like to know if it is PvP compatible, if it is able to be leveled up or not.
01 - Clobber (R1, Onslaught) 01 - Beatdown (R1, Blindside Blow) 06 - Roomsweeper (R2) 06 - Fire Flight (R3) 08 - Void Shift (Nailed to the Ground, Crippling Challenge) 11 - Regeneration (R3) 14 - Retaliation (R2) 17 - Shadow Embrace (Challenging Strikes, Fatal Allure) 20 - Defensive Compo (Surge of Strength) 23 - Lifedrain (R2, Accelerated Metabolism, Vampiric Sympathy) 26 - Ebon Rift (Vengeful Shadows) 29 - Hurl (none) 32 - Iron Lariat (none) 35 - Uppercut (none) 35 - Acrobatics (R2, Versatility) 38 - Thunderclap (Collateral Damage)
Talents - Not Sure Superstats - Not Sure
Remember this is the first build I tried doing so I could be completely wrong. If you want you can post a different build along the same type (Might/Darkness/Tank)

If you're gonna be tanking and using Regeneration as your passive I'd suggest trying to fit in Resurgence as your emergency button. Superstat CON as the Resurgence heal scales with that stat specifically, gives your Regen a boost and the health that comes with it gives you some measure of durability. I'd also go with STR as the other superstat so that your melee abilities and knocks get some extra added oomph. Additionally if you're going to be sending things flying with your melee, Aggressor will give you a stacking percentage buff to damage for each mob you send flying.

If you want you can post a different build along the same type (Might/Darkness/Tank) 1) Since this is mostly might, superstat strength and constitution. 2) You won't be PvPing much of anything with Regeneration in the later tiers. People can shoot through that very fast at that point while you'll be very tough in lower tiers. If you're insistent on using regen grab Unbreakable as an active defense. Despite what Resurgence is supposed to do for Regeneration the boost to healing isn't worth beans against the burst damage you'll deal with in PvP or trying to deal with harder content. Whatever hit you hard enough to make you pop resurgence is going to hit you again right after you use it to put you back where you started since you didn't actual add any damage protection, just more health. 3) There are a lot of redundant attacks here. Try to pick one attack per category. Some thing like one each for high single target damage, AOE damage and ranged damage. 4) I'd suggest you start with Invulerability or Defiance while you learn to build. Regeneration is going to teach you bad habits in the early levels that you'll wish you corrected by late game. What theme are you going for?

I would like a Might/Darkness/Tank if that is possible. You said it wouldn't be PvP compatible. I do like PvP(Cage Match). I picked darkness and might because i am still free to play and i like the void powers but i like to tank with the behemoth so i was just trying to combine them if possible. Also is it possible to get a build that is PvP compatible with this theme?

You can make a might darkness tank that is PvP viable. I'd advocate a different passive, probably defiance since it scales with CON as does the energy unlock for Darkness which you may wish to include.

KenpoJuJitsu3, you said that There are a lot of redundant attacks here. Try to pick one attack per category. Some thing like one each for high single target damage, AOE damage and ranged damage. What do u mean by that? Look at your ranged attacks. You have shadow embrace, life drain, hurl, iron lariat, ebon rift...that's a lot of attacks that overlap in what they hit (and to some extent what they do). If you play like most people you're not going to end up using all of them even if they fit your theme.

So should i get rid of them or take some points out and move them to other things?

So should i get rid of them or take some points out and move them to other things? Figure out which ones are essential and keep those. Of the ones you picked I keep life drain as a single target ranged heal and ebon rift as a ranged AOE.
