Hello . . . My name is Samurai, and I'm an altoholic.
I have a Silver account, and I am majorly bummed that I only have 2 character slots.
Since a Silver account is free, can I create another Silver account so I have 2 more character slots? If so, do I need to download the game again when creating the new account? If not, why not?
I love the game (except for getting disconnected all the time while in Millennium City. I never get dc'ed in the Canadian Wilderness).
I'm sure that I'll have more questions as I learn to play the game.
See you in Millennium City! ;D

yes you can create multiple free accounts. I've never done this, but I doubt you'll need to download the client again, as you should be able to just login to whichever account you want when you start the client.

I've heard that you only need a different email when you sign up for a second account. A few people in my SG have a second account (and maybe third, I forget). I was considering making a second one myself. You also won't need to download a new client. Game clients aren't account specific. As long as you have your log in info, you can log in to any client regardless of where it is. All you need to do is sign up for a new account.

I have a second account I use only for testing builds. Kinda like a fake PTS for Silvers. Can't remember if I had to give a different email but yeah just log in with the appropriate account and your good. No second download required.

Thanks, everybody!
Edit: I got my second account running, and you do need a separate email address for each account.
Edit #2: I now have 4 accounts and a character of each Archetype.
Next question: I don't understand Gear. Am I only allowed to use Gear that is of the same Skill school (Arms, Mysticism, or Science)? I got a Slight Profundity (I think it was). It says something like 'See a Trainer to find out what you've learned.' I go to the Trainer and he doesn't tell me anything. Am I doing something wrong?

Nope you can use all gear that is within your level range. The schools are used to tell you if you can break them down using your crafting.

Go click on 'Buy' or 'Learn Blueprint' at your trainer. There's arrows near the tabs. One of those lets you exchange Slight/Mild/etcs for different blueprints (or some other things too, I believe).

Arms stuff can be broken down into crafting components by arms craftmen. Same with Mysticism and Science. This gets you crafting components & skill level. Other than that, it does not afftect anything else.

From the video about formal attire, I saw a blackjack table. Now, I haven't seen one in Millenium City. Would gambling be allowed in this game? It might be interesting. (By gambling I mean gambling resources and items)

(By gambling I mean gambling resources and items) You'd probably need to ask a Cryptic employee that to be sure. I know Blizzard frowns on it, as do many other MMO's, though.

I think I saw the table in the night club in Ren Cen but as with most its non-functional.

At the time when the loading screen is present, below it said: "Your lucky numbers are 3(or 2),5, and 42." What is that supposed to mean?

That the developers have a sense of humour and are making a funny. I recall in Warcraft 2 the hints of the day inculded these gems: Never pet a burning dog Don't eat yellow snow
