I recently got back on CO and converted some toons to silver. I had an overflow items e-mail that i could not retrieve anything from. I even created a trouble ticket on it. The mofos closed my ticket and said that it's a known problem that they are working on at this point in time and closed my ticket. The nerve. But I found a fix/work around. Instead of clicking the mail icon I had to go to the UNTIL kiosk and it let me retrieve all my items that way. So if this ever was an issue for you, there's what i found. If this was already known...then good for you. I didnt know. lol.

Perhaps I'm reading this wrong but were you trying to get the items in the field initially? I've read that you can only pick up emailed items via an UNTIL terminal.
Initially it seemed a bit weird then I got to thinking and it made sense. Every hero has some sort of PDA to keep in contact with each other, Socrates, etc. The scattered terminals connect up too but have a teleporter type unit that was too big for the handhelds.

I swear before I was able to get these items and not be at the terminal. If so then damn I am totally forgetful.

To recieve items from mail you have to be at a terminal.
That things are a know problem, being worked on etc is a standard automated reply you will get to most things. Do not expect too much to come from your tickets. Especially not that they get read before getting closed (or that the person reading them understands what you wrote).
It is always best to, if you have an issue, drop a line here or in zone chat - players actually know the game and are far more likely to be able to answer you.

Though I've gotten responses from both them and tickets. A couple times though I've thought live chat was a chat bot based upon it not responding. I've asked a few questions and gotten answers though I haven't always been happy with them Deleting a character deletes purchased costume slots too: understandable but annoying if you aren't going to reimburse me Buying an item the night before it goes on sale doesn't entitle you to a price match: this one annoys me since I bought a TP the night before the sale while the patcher was being slow, they should've given me the 210 tokens back IMO but enough off topic, at least the issue is resolved
