Does Stim Pack scale with anything? It does not, but it gets the same boost as the damage does when you use it with low energy.

After some experimenting, I have found I can solo much better with Eye of the Storm slotted with Blade Beyond the Veil.
If the opponents are spread out, I pull them through a doorway or around a corner with Gunslinger to build up my energy then sustain Eye. If they are close to one-another, I run up to them with Gunslinger filling up my bar and position myself in the middle and then use Eye. If a villain is left after everything else drops, I switch to Bullet Ballet to finish it off.
This has gotten me from 18 to 21 with no deaths (save those trying to take down Viper XI with too few allies). Sure, I don't have the damage output of my wife's Marksman, but I like the looks of the Specialist power set better.

Since I went with teleport, I prefer to port into the middle of them and maintain eye of the storm at half-bar intervals (to get the highest damage output while still keeping my survivability). I seem to always have enough energy to do this because I have two Energy on Kill Items (plus the energy I get every time I crit).

I know how great Teleport is, but for obvious reasons, Iron Butterfly had to take flight

I feel a drum solo coming on! No but there's a 14 minute Hammond Organ solo on the way!

I use Eye of the Storm to pick off the weaker baddies while keeping myself protected, then I recharge with my Energy Builder and unleash Bullet Beatdown on whoever is left.

Has anyone had any experience with Form of the Tempest? I've tried a full charge before the attack and have not noticed any difference. How exactly is the power supposed to be used?

This can probably better explain than I can, but long story short, it grants a percent chance to add a stack of Focus when you crit which increases your melee damage and adds a bit of energy.

Don't charge it during combat, charge it before combat and leave it running. It has quite a long animation, so you really want to do it beforehand. You charge it up to activate it and it remains active until you detoggle it or die.

I guess I need to play with it more. I have tried it just before an attack, and did not notice an appreciable increase in my damage output. I read the description of the power, but was not sure a stack of Focus was better than a stack of Enrage.
