So I'm trying this build, got to level 12 so far. And the dmg output isn't nearly what I expected. I assume this will get better once I get conflagration?

Either Conflag or Snow Storm...and when you get the debuff from fire snake as well it will take off even further.

Basically at this point you have ice blast that w/ adv can take advantage of a chill debuff...that only ice blast can provide on a single target until you grab snow storm.

You also have a debuff from fireball w/ advantage....that doesn't have anything to take advantage of the debuff until you grab conflag.

I assume that's why you added regeneration at level 8? I definitely needed it early on, still do now but it was crucial around those levels

This toon originally had Regen because when I made him (Sept. '09) passives scaled with specific stats. He had REC/END and Regen scaled with REC so I went with Regen.

By the time they made it so passives scale with any superstats (Jan. '11) I was already Level 40 for a LONG time and used to playing him a certain way so I stayed with it.

I'm trying this build out atm. lvl 26 atm. The build seems very powerful. When doing alerts i switch to Range Damage role and when soloing back to Hybrid. Great damage....

I am new to Champions Online and I was wondering how I would go about starting this build. I get confuse when trying to convert this to the in-game charater creator. I was also wondering if you had a powerhouse version of this.

SO um... idk when exactly when they changed, but Ego Surge- Nimble Mind only works if you are affected by "Ego Leech" which is only granted by attacking certain Telepathy attacks or skills. So the enhancement for crit strike basically is waste of points.
