Building a freeform character 101

Can you suggest or link me a build that consist of the usage of Chain electricity and ego blades and possibly all that should accompany such build?
I have a themed character around being a Sith kind of character and would love to have those two things work for me!

A few people have posted some of these on the official forums. I can't vouch for the quality of any of them but I did run a quick search for you.
