do you think this build could be updated with some of the powers from the new cybernetic warrior archetype?i'm thinking expecially about the lightning dash and strike powers wich will totally fit a speedster XD

First off, I have no intention to "necro" this post but seeing as many of its components have been affected by a recent update (February 2018), I would like to make some suggestions to keep it viable.
Secondly, I want to say I've used this build for a long time, and I can assure you it is amazing, but since the release of the Dragon Spirit archetype, all of the martial arts skills have been modified slightly, many of which are an integral part of this awesome build. For instance, Form of the Master no longer has the Storm's Eye Prana advantage, as it is now a part of the Thundering Kicks advantage, entering into effect at the end of the combo, but it costs three power points to slot, meaning that if the second rank of Thundering Kicks is activated, the Storm's Eye Prana can't be obtained. What I did was leave Thundering Kicks at the first rank and add the Storm's Eye Prana advantage.
The skill Form of the Master should remain at the first rank as well. The rest of the build can be applied as it is, leaving you with two power points that can be placed in a new advantage that Intensity has called Fists of the Righteous Flame, which grants you a moderate chance of applying Chi Flame to any of the melee attacks executed by the player after its activation. Seeing as how most of the martial arts skills use Chi Energy, it is important to keep "chi" building up.
Another thing to take into account is that since many effects were also nerfed, the Floating Lotus Blossom advantage now stacks to 10 instead of 20 and lasts 10 seconds instead of 20, so the player may feel as if he is dodging less than before the update. The good part is that since Storm's Eye Prana is now a part of the Thundering Kicks combo, by the end of it, if damaged, his healing and self-buff skills will have already cooled down.
All of these are merely suggestions or tweaks to keep this wonderful build working similarly to how it was intended.
Thank you, Criswolf09 for the best speedster build available in Champions Online.

I am glad to see you read my reply and remade the build. I noticed there is one advantage point left after following the new skill spread. Do you have any suggestions on where to invest it? How about the Rising Knee advantage Focused Energy?

Thanks for the quick reply. I just tested it, and it works like a charm, just as good as the old one. Thanks again, Criswolf09. You truly are a legend.
Also, for RP purposes, if you can acquire them, the travel powers of Electric Speed (works just like Mach Speed but with electricity around you like many famous speedsters) and Lightning Flash (just like Teleport, but with electricity that looks as if you ran so fast you became a bolt of lightning, disappearing into time and space) look great on speedsters.

Hey Criswolf09, I see you changed the build again, and I wonder about the Thundering Kicks advantages changes you made. We can't choose Storm's Eye Prana with both Demolishing Strikes and the Floating Lotus Blossom, so which one should we pick? Also, Resurgence is now to be left at Rank 1?
Another thing to take into account is that if we do follow the build as it is (that is choosing either Demolishing Strikes or Floating Lotus Blossom) we are still left with just one advantage point so we can't get our main Travel Power to Rank 3.
My solution would be to either choose Demolishing Strikes for more damage or Floating Lotus Blossom to increase dodge in Thundering Kicks; leave Retaliation at Rank 2, and choose Flowing Strikes along with Focused Energy in Rising Knee. In this way, you are left with two advantage points to be invested in the main Travel Power. I have been testing these little adjustments, changing everything else (BCR and Resurgence changes), and they seem to work fine.
As for the rotation, I've been testing the following: Use Thunderbolt Lunge on the strongest target and immediately perform a full Thundering Kicks combo, following it by a full One Hundred Hands strike. Subsequently, hit the target with Rising Knee to keep the Chi Manipulation on or refresh it, and finish the enemy with a full Burning Chi Fist. If hurt, start with Bountiful Chi Resurgence, followed by Resurgence and Conviction. Use Intensity when you need an extra damage boost or to get free from a hold.
These are just mere suggestions, as I don't seek to change the author's opinion for he is the one that knows his build best. Then again, this is the only build I use and the only character I own.
In any case, what do you recommend, Criswolf09?

I really really love this build. It's my first use of LR and has become my second main build to use for any content. Two questions if I want to take it further: Should I go for the exact same stats on Justice gear(more Gambler's Lucky Gem), and should I keep the Armadillo gear or go for Onslaught gear?

I greatly appreciate the response, but I don't get the Sniper gloves. Why that?

New to the game, is this build viable for leveling? I love the idea of it, but I am getting my butt handed to me. Currently lvl 14. My issue is probably gear related or skill (being new), but still wanted to see if I'm beating a dead horse or not.

What sort of gear should i use if I want to progress after having gotten the heroic gear and armadillo secondaries. Previously you mentioned using Distinguished gloves of precision but they don’t seem to be listed anywhere in game from what i’ve seen

the Champion Recognition vendor no longer sells those parts of the distinguishes set, only the distinguished gloves of offense and healing.
