CO's Default Nemeses may have no rhyme or reason...but maybe here's why: Producer: not1stepbackwardsLore Consultant: @bulgarex Additional Art by: Zhou Dongqing Inspired by: @thundrax's Default Nemeses contest, Butz, FlyingFinnI'm experimenting with multiple things here (and I honestly have no idea how they'll be received), but rather than doing a DVD commentary now, I'll just see where this thread's dialogue leads us. If you reached this sentence, let me just say thanks for reading, please reply with any questions or feedback.

I liked it, a lot.
Unlike the previous comics, I found this one more serious than usual.
Somehow reminded me a lot of manga Shin Lone Wolf & Cub ("Kozure Okami"), where the author Kazue Koike often uses parables as an analogy for his tale, sometimes under the view of Daigoro.

Yo, just a quick reply, really appreciate your reading and your comments! 3 points:
1. Thanks for reminding me of Lone Wolf & Cub, I have a few issues of that!
2. Thanks for even comparing me to that, that's high praise.
3. You may have provided a breakthrough for the inevitable return of Bloodbath.
Lone Wolf & Cub was such a memorable comic. I only owned 4 or 5 issues, hidden somewhere, probably in our London place, but it's so quotable. "Asleep on a full mat, awake on half a mat, with a handful of rice." "Do you see the beauty of the winter crane?" The fact that you mention this and could immediately trigger dialogue, is like evidence of how well those were crafted. Thanks a lot, guys.
