After doing about 200 successfull rampages and grab only 1 token, I gave up. It is a lot easier to farm gold and questionite and buy and legion gear set, which by the way never interested me, than farm something thousands of times with less than 1% drop chance.
F&I is interesting at least. The rampage is not so difficult, but finding the right team seems to be the problem, it shows how CO players think and play ... in any other mmo a raid like this would be considered ranked as easy, here it is almost impossible - why? because everything the players learn here is to take care of themselves, a curious on a super-heroes mmo, the only exception being the healer who learned since the first alert to keep an eye on team mates and around. The others, that at time are dps's that should take care of the colleague next door and use your pbaoe just do not care, they just want to do the most possible damage to the boss, kill him and leave. Not even care to ress a fallem team member.
Private queues - are they so important? Currently yes, just from the above. Assuming that in a PUG you take a correct team (tank + healer) it is almost certain to fall into the situation that I spoke above. The PQ close ties among members, because you have been invited to join the team and feels some responsibility, beyond what would be extremely shameful to be expelled from the team, right? - During recruitment time some simple phrases exchanged between members is enough to closer the relation, causing them to become more attentive to members.

Yup. CO makes you feel like grouping is a waste of time for almost all the game and content. Then, there is this F&I rampage, where if you dont plan ahead and group cautiously, you wipe in minutes. The usually irrelevant healers have their role suddenly elevated to heavens, specially bubble ones. The tanks have their role suddenly taken away from them, if they didint took dedicated agroo-grabbing advantages (yeah, crippling challenge. i am talking to ye), as frosty start sniping dps people around. F&I looks out of place in CO. That is sad, because F&I is challenging.

The good teams do still exist, most of them did get their EQ already though; and have completely quit running it.

Hi guys, an update.
Fire and Ice is PUGable now. Reason - players have gotten used to it, they organise themselves. I have a higher success rate with Fire and Ice than I do with the Duratok/Ironclad fight in Forum Malvanum for that reason. You -should- expect to be KO'd in PUGs, it happens and it's just bad luck, but it's very doable in PUGs.
