like i stated in an earlier post, their system is very screwy, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Try it again and see if it works, check the code first though. Also might want to try making a new account, (its free so why not) and try it on that account,if it works on it then its their screwy system and nothing to do with you.
EDIT: i never turned it back on after i used the codes, its extra crap running in the background using up system resources that are fairly limited on my aging system.

OK.
I tried again, but got the same error. It wasn't 'Incorrect', it was 'Internal Error'.
So I closed ARC all the way off, and restarted ARC. I enter the code, and it worked! Huzzah!
I'll just leave ARC off until there's a new code for more freebies.

I've been away for months due to some health issues, just logged in today and claimed both with no problem. So it's still active and receivable.
Wil be on and off sporadically as still not completely okay.
