Few questions regarding PvP and they will be noobish as I don't do PvP as a general rule and all the info I can find online seems to be Hero Games specific.

1/ Can you queue a team up to ALL of the Hero Games - including Zombie Apocalypse?

2/ Duelling - it there a distance restriction? In short could you set up a duel and then 'stalk' each other through downtown or similar?

3/ Duelling - is Team vs Team a possibilty there?

1/ yes, although some of them are only for particular levels. For example, stronghold is only available to T4 (lvl 31-40).

2/ there is a visible bubble. leave the bubble and you lose, the bubble does not move

3/ team dueling does not exist, but has been asked for. It's pretty easy to find the thread in the suggestions are of the champions forums.
