Hello. I just purchased 2 character slots but they are not shown when I log into my account. I checked the store again. When I check the things I already purchased the 2 slots are listed as unlocked/purchased. Has somebody an idea? Do I have to switch pages in my account or something? (I have already 10 characters and just bought 2 additionally) Please help!  |

Not sure I'm understanding you but here goes. Each page on the character select screen displays 13 characters with arrows to change pages.  However, accessing characters from the web doesn't display empty slots. Empty slots are only seen in game on the character select screen like above (the faceless icons are each an empty slot on my account and the arrow lit up at the bottom says I have more free slots on the next page.  |

Thank you Kenpo. As I had 10 characters only, the 2 purchased slots should be shown on the first screen in character select menu. I opened a ticket. Let´s see what happens... |

I´m curious how long it will take to get an acceptable solution from Cryptic.
As this was my first ticket I will not have any prejudices.
BUT: I will keep you posted in this threat about the outcome.

If you converted form gold to silver without deleting any of your former gold characters you are only allowed to have 2 character slots. When you purchase 2 slots for 1400 ZEN you are allowed to have 4 character slots. But they will not be added to your account. Purchase 4 more character slots (2800 ZEN) and you are allowed to have 8 character slots in total. This is really like beeing raped by a whale!
