Love yer toons, chogokin. Speedbump in particular - looks excellent. With the costume creator, it is very easy to overdo it - I admire your restraint!

Thanks! Speedbump is conceptually a super-speedster, so I was going for a sleek, Flash-like appearance. In general, I guess I go for a more Silver Age approach. A costume with too many colors or elaborate parts just doesn't appeal to me as much.

'Lo. Figured I should probably sign up on this board since I do play the game, and I love to type my ass off now and then. Will probably get into some interesting discussions here with time. Until then, you might stumble upon me in the game as Takezo Tora. At least that's what he used to look like when I designed him in the trial version, before free-for-all happened... Little did I know his gloves and boots would end up getting whisked off into two seperate costume packs that I can't afford to buy. Oh well! After designing somewhere around 20 characters in the trial version, I ended up picking him for my first run through the game as he was the only one that fit an archetype that I felt comfortable playing on my first try. I kinda wish I could've foreseen how unbelievably common the "scarved swordsman" theme would become...

Wow so many killer designs I'm filled with awe here are my heroes (yeah they're purple and bare chested It's just happen that there are no free tights that tickle my fancy that matches what I'd imagine my heroes would wear lol) Psi-Void (Mind) Violet Arcana (Grimoire)

Holy crap, you created a Rakshasa! ;D I have not thought of them since my old D&D days. Early 80s don't ya know. Only came across one once in all my RPGing years. Looks great even without the missing/changed extras. Yup. It's official. All of my stuff is crap. LOL

And if it's a joke... www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFPLQ-DUiCQWell, I just learned something new. Two things, actually. rpg.crg4.com/originsR.htmlGary Gygax got his idea for the Rakshasa from a TV show and not any Hindu and Buddhist mythology books. And two that Gary Gygax watched the same TV shows I did as a kid. Kolchack, the Night Stalker. That's too funny.
