COMMENTS
I've been fairly even handed boosting nearly all the attacks so feel free to steal points from attacks you personally use less.
I've concentrated on Ranged.
If you don't intend to PvP you could well drop the Nailed To The Ground and put those points into your travel powers.
If anyone is desperately scrabbling for 2 more points to upgrade something else then the R2 in Defiance could be taken out. Defiant stacks quickly and having R2 just gives you a helping hand at the start of a fight. (there's a lot of discussion as to whether it's best to rank Defiance or not, we can afford to in this build so I do)
Quicksand has CS added to use it for Threat Generation as well as CC.
I've opted for a lot of Hold & Knock resistance as imho Mountains should be hard to move.
Stack Con high, 300+ I'd say.
Ego should hit the 150-180 mark to hit 30% damamge buff point but I wouldn't advise taking it any higher.
End could be stacked higher than the 150-180 mark to get a bit more out of Fuel My Fire and Quick Healing.
I'd boost Rec a bit and some Dex to raise your crit chance wouldn't go amiss.
