underwerekng: If you have LTS/GOLD status or the Premium Pack you can set the emission point of many ranged powers to the head. That means anything that is Beam like can be used for a Cyclopes concept character. i've even seen one using Force Cascade to great effect. May 21, 2020 19:20:10 GMT -5 *
