If you don't have Fallout, Fallout 2 or Fallout Tactics, you can get it FREE from GOG.com only for 48 hours....I think Saturday is it.... Account there of course is needed (but then you do have one don't you?)
Beware though, their servers are getting hammered......

Way to keep an eye on the prize, KPJ. I just took a look at the offers. In case you want another point of reference, here's my opinions on games I played: --- BIOSHOCK INFINITE - it's good, but I think it's overhyped, but I'm glad I got it just to judge for myself. The Good - it's absolutely gorgeous. A wonderful setting. Very charming characters. It's just a really cool world. The Bad - the gameplay's pretty dull. It seems to have all sorts of powers, but everyone I talked to used only 2 or 3. The Ugly - the story/theme is kinda interesting, but I'm sure you've seen it before in books/film done much better. Recommendation - it's been 75% off a few times now. It's worth getting it at some point just to judge this often talked about title. --- JUST CAUSE 2 - no one ever talks about this, but it's just such a fun sandbox open world, like a crazy physics game. The Good - the gameplay is like GTA, but you got this grappling hook and parachute thing you can play so much with. The Bad - the plot. There is none, in a so bad it's actually funny '80s action movie sort of way. But then, that's not a focal point. The Ugly - the voice acting. Everyone has the most horrible accents...including your character. 1 is hilariously bad, the rest is just bad. Verdict - it's 50% off now, but I think I bought it for even cheaper. But totally worth it's low US$7.50, I played it more than most other games. --- SPACE HULK - I played the original board game. It left me pretty traumatized as a kid. This version still left me traumatized. Verdict - XCOM has many of the same elements, but is so much more interesting. Wait until XCOM goes on sale rather than getting this. --- Just my 2 cents, given to perhaps save you a few bucks.

Just noticed something on the Steam sale, it's very highly recommended, especially at its very low price. Makes for a great gift.
CASTLE CRASHERS - A 4-player arcade style beat-em-up, very fun
The Good - really excellent gameplay, they took Capcom's formulae for beat-em-ups and refined them. You can unlock new character types to play as. You also have access to different types of weapons, which you can keep, as well as some magical abilities. It has this really cartoony style of graphics that I really enjoyed, beautiful animated.
The Bad - Maybe you'll find the gameplay is optimized for a game controller, as it was originally made for Xbox Live, but that's a minor issue. The game's pretty great.
The Ugly - I love the very simple cartoon style of the graphics, it's very comical, but I reckon not everyone likes that style.
Verdict - I own this for Xbox 360, but since I can play this online without that Xbox Live membership for only 4 US bucks, I bought it right away. I'm thinking of buying it for my local friends, but my gamer friends are all on this Diablo buzz right now. If you need a quick Christmas present idea, though, I think this is a great gift, because it's a lot of fun, it has pretty universal appeal as it's a classic 2D scroller, and its multiplayer gameplay is just fun.

It's an app that tells you things like how much space you'll need to have all your Steam games installed on your pc, and how much your Steam games library is worth at its retail price, I have concluded that I have spent roughly about a quarter of the value in my library thanks to Steam sales so I have to agree with you Steam sales are just awesome!

Whew, been over a year since the last post here. Luckily, I have something super yummy. Seriously. Humble Bundle just released their E3 ticket pack for sale. Notable items are Warframe pack (75 plat and boosters), Wildstar pack (Hoverboard and some pets), Armored Warfare pack (30 days premium, 2500 gold, and a Chieftain Mk. 6 tank (this is one BEEFY pack omg)). These are on the $1 tier. In the $4 tier you also get a Blade and Soul pack (2 costumes and a bunch of boosts). Warthunder pack looks beefy, but I haven't played that one so I can't say for sure. Might play it now though haha. www.humblebundle.com/e3-digital-ticketI'd recommend grabbing this one if you play any of the games up there or have any interest.

In the $4 tier you also get a Blade and Soul pack (2 costumes and a bunch of boosts). I don't know about others games but US$4 for a costume in Blade & Soul is really a bad deal IMO, I mean my chest is entirely filled with costumes atm and I played casually only. Also almost all female toons outfits look sluts ("less is more" ) not that anyone care what are you wearing with all those flash and bloom effects btw, so I keep with my starting Hongmoon outfit that is basically the only one that allows me wear pants while covering breasts Oh and I just threw away boosts but health potions for more bag space

Huge giveaway on Star Trek Online to celebrate Star Trek's 50th anniversary.
Most of the things are related to The Original Series, to coincide with the Agents of Yesterday expansion.
That includes TOS-style costume sets, a TOS-style bridge, even a TOS-style shuttle.
