Dude, I think you're gonna have to break down each build/mimic as well so we can see the concepts in full there because I've seen them in action and I'm still not quite following all of them. I'm guessing: 1) Munitions - Ranged/Melee (F6=Shift, F11=Justice) 2) Might - Melee (F7=Rumble, F9=Sho Nuff) 3) Power Armor - Ranged (F8= ? , F10=Arsenal Gear) 4) Werewolf - Melee/Ranged 5) Vampire/Human - Ranged 6) Vampire/Bat - Melee 7) Chaos Demon - Ranged

Slot one:This is semi-generic military man with guns, it's the form Shift assumes most of the time but is not his original look. I wanted a ranged attack, a melee AOE and something flashy. -Bullet Beatdown is the only munitions melee attack and it's awesome, particularly with Enrage and NWI advantage that gives extra damage and AOE. -I was going to slot Assault Rifle for range but I didn't want a single target ranged attack as the only ranged attack so I went with Gatling Gun as an AOE...added the advantage to proc Enrage and to Fear targets to debuff their damage and to setup some synergies with the Chaos Demon. -For flashiness it was a toss up between Lead Tempest and Breakaway Shot. Breakaway Shot won because it synergizes with Defiance and because I had a lunge to get close but nothing to get out. When reverse lunging enemies tend to reclose the gap and funnel themselves into the cylinder of Gatling Gun. Slot 2:This is a take on the traditional 'Stone Golem' with the exception that I went with metal skin instead. I wanted a strong build that presented as quick and powerful. The quick aspect ruled out heavy weapons so I went with might. I needed some things to get close and stay close. Also, this build is good at stacking Enrage for buffing damage (as you'll notice precious few Tier three powers on Shift and also few powers that are Rank 3. I did this to make it easier to mix and match powers around should I decide to change his 'shifts' later). Fun fact: Enrage stacks carry across builds and devices which helps alleviate the devices somewhat lower damage output from what we can custom build. -Mightly leap of course is the get close maneuver. -Thunderclap is a move I haven't used often in my live builds but I really like the power so here was an opportunity to slip it into a build. Stuns enemies turning the next power into a Knock Up instead of a Knock Back. Also procs enrage if hitting enough enemies. -Roomsweeper. My favorite might power. I have sooo many might characters and none are without this power. Procs Enrage and stacks Enrage as well so there's a nice bit of utility...but I just like sending things flying. Slot 3:This is a take on a anime/mecha/power armor (Shift watches too much anime). I wanted nothing but fairly hard hitting AOE's that could be layered on top of each other for concurrent damage. I also wanted something flashy to possibly prompt the thought.."this shapeshifter can mimic sophisticated computer and comm systems and even hijack orbital satellites?" -Mini Gun is a favorite of mine in the Power Armor set. One of few all damage debuffs in the game. -Micro Munitions is another favorite of mine in the Power Armor set. -Well...that whole hijack orbital satellites thing was a dead giveaway for Orbital Cannon wasn't it? Yeah, I love that power. This power also thematically shows the degree to which Shift has control over his structure. He's not just outwardly appearing to be these things, he's becoming them down to the smallest detail...even integrated circuits. Other slots:The next 3 slots are of some of my other Level 40's with power layouts identical to Shift's main 3 (I noticed in one of the videos that the power layouts weren't quite identical, that was an error that I corrected last night). Sho Nuff, Arsenal Gear and Justice are being mimicked by Shift complete with reasonably accurate abilities to portray them. Shift also has costumes of other characters I have that aren't level 40 yet though I don't have those costumes bound to a build....because I only have so many build slots. Devices:Being extremely old and very well traveled Shift has been exposed to a number of super natural creatures that some who haven't been to Vibora bay or Qliphoth would think are a myth...so naturally he's going to copy them as he sees fit. Also, maybe mystical abilities aren't as far from science as we thought? Shift seems to have no problem replicating magic and summoning spirits...or is he?

This is one of the coolest builds and concepts I've seen. Kudos ! It's amazing how fast you leveled this guy too. I'm just at the 70 day mark total in game and I haven' hit 40 yet ( but that is from playing so many alt's trying to learn the powers and the game I guess. )

Well I don't have your expertise AT ALL, but funny enough we were doing the "same" thing. With this toon I also went shape shifter, you can read it on her bio. Been meaning to grab the wolf device too, the robot doesn't fit theme wise so I'm skipping it. Btw, I think Shadow shroud from the vamp device carries over if you deactivate the device soon after. If the buff doesn't carry over at least the visual FX does so it is still cool.

I actually sent myself an email reminder to test which buffs on this character carry over to other transformations. If some of them work out, I may be able to drop a few powers and sneak another shape shift in there.

This is a fascinating concept.
I just wanted to ask, what do you think between the Werewolf and the Vampire device? I did some of my own comparison testing on those 2, just looking for a different point of view.
I also did some experimentation on the Superstats changing thing:
Werewolf device (STR/CON) - on a 40th level Behemoth (STR/CON) vs. 40th level Glacier (END/CON), the Behemoth consistently did a little more damage on average.
Vampire Device (END/CON) - on a 40th level Behemoth (STR/CON) vs. 40th level Glacier (END/CON), did the same damage on average on both.
The Vampire came out later, so not sure if whatever bug with the Superstats was fixed on it. Also, I heard being Held takes you out of the device's form, but I remember getting hit by Kevin Poe's hold with both devices and didn't revert back to my regular form. Maybe that bug was fixed as well.

Have you considered getting the Armadillo questionite gear for yet another form? Obviously it probably isn't as good as what you could farm, but I'm not sure how much worse it is...

Considered it but found out it'd only essentially be a new costume with only one new power. Decided it wasn't worth it just for the roll lunge while using the same powers as my other forms.

Build updated. Might shift, Munitions shift, Power Armor shift, Archery shift and then use whatever becomes you want for more shifts.
