Time for my second attempt at a build. This one is more of a modification to cyrone85 radiation dps build. I wanted to see if it would be capable of switching to a tank.
The thought of just slowly widdling away your targets, while your own powers heal you (they really don't but its more thematic)
Here is a list of things that I changed. I kept the talents the same.
-Swapped out Pestilence for Regen
-Swapped out Ego Surge for IDF
-Swapped out Avenger for Guardian Tree
-Swapped out Vindicator for Sentry Tree
-Moved Athletics to primary travel power
-Moved around talent points
