Hey everyone - I have been using the really helpful information here on builds for years, but never had occasion to post. I didn't quite find any builds that moved me towards my goal this time around though.
I have a theme idea but am having trouble finding powers to make it work.
For those of you of a certain age, you might remember Rad Angels in the Wasteland. A redeemed Rad Angel has fallen through some sort of portal and finds herself in Millennium City.
The final build should be solo-able but with support as a sideline.
At first I built her with Infernal Supernatural powers, as that seems radiation-y. But that build was mostly ranged damage and I have a great ranged damage character and I don't have a ranged support character.
But then I noticed that the Celestial powers (kind of radiation-y too) were dual purpose. I thought I might be able to get both ranged damage, buffs, healing, and holds and still fit all the powers in along with some supernatural ones to fill in the gaps, but I am having a hard time making those two sets play well together.
So here is my challenge - is there a build using mainly either Celestial and/or Infernal Supernatural powers, but maybe with other bits like Sorcery or something, that is fun to play, solo-able, and provides control, buffs, and healing when needed? I am no min/maxer so something that is just thematic and helpful to teams would be great!
Thanks very much for your thoughts!

Wow, thanks for the quick reply! There is a lot going on in there. Some powers are ones that I took or considered, others really are not - so cool! I am going into the PowerHouse to try it out as soon as I finish this! If you can take some more time and explain some things it will help me be a better builder... - Why two self-rezzes? Could one of those be made into a rez-other like Death's Embrace or Redemption? I love Fiery Embrace for the radiation concept!
- Conjuring seems very situation-based - why did you choose it over something like molecular self-assembly (unless for thematic reasons) Does toxic also count for that?
- Why no End in superstats? Or should I gear for that? Also why Hero as innate rather than something with more boost to Int, Con, Rec like Cybernetic Warrior or The Specialist?
- Also, why Sentinel Mastery rather than Intelligence?
- If I solo more than heal, would Spellcaster or Concentration be a good alternative to Compassion?
Usage: OK, it looks like we are doing toxic and magic damage with a side of hexed. The Sorcerer powers synergize well with the Infernal ones. We also apply illumination with the blast and random conditions with Skarn's Bane. So if I am solo on offence, Ranged role, then would the alpha strike be something like Will'o'Wisp then Skarn's Bane then Defile and Eldritch Blast, maybe Ascension, rinse, repeat? Block as needed with Ebon Void - maybe tap every once in a while to get Voracious Darkness regardless. If I get in trouble, Resurgence, or want to heal others, Life Essence. If I am support, Hybrid role then I can rez and between Illumination and Compassion (and Specializations), my Life Essence is a decent ongoing heal while I throw in debuffs. Thank you so much for this!

I tried the first one out in the PowerHouse fights - very survivable and fun, even though only level 24. Skarn's Bane is a perfect radiation-like power too.
In the second one you added an explicit hold and the group rez, as well as a Hex refresher on the blast. I will check that out in the PowerHouse next!
Thanks again for the help! There are so many choices that it is hard to figure out how to go sometimes, which is also what keeps bringing me back to the game.
