This is a peak human/super soldier build in the vein of Captain America. Being that Cap is one of my favorite heroes this is one of my favorite builds. Finesse as well as power melee moves? Check. Multiple source of healing both burst and over time? Check. Multiple hold breakers? Check. The ability to triple stack Bountiful Chi Resurgence on top of two other heal over time abilities when in a real bind...wait what? Who does that?
