Introduction:
Ms. Miracle was born with divine power allowing her to heal herself and others. As her power grew, she became able to channel and project her power into manifestations that aide her in combating evil.
A survivable Telekinesis build. I decided to share her after taking her on a test run to see how she would hold up against the crit and dodge nerf on PTS.
There are distinct benefits to playing in Hybrid and Support role, which I will outline below, but it doesn't hurt to simply play in Support all the way.

(Tested on PTS' crit and dodge changes, but I didn't bother to re-gear her.)
(*Note: The video showed me taking R3 on Ego Weaponry and Telekinetic Burst simply to test it's measure of DPS. The original build below is a lot more forgiving to play for any level of skill because of Siphoning Strikes.)

Powers and Explanation:
Level 1: Kinetic Darts: Range energy builder. It allows energy building for both playing at range or up close.
Level 1: Ego Weaponry (Rank 2, Siphoning Strikes): Main health upkeep and damage during boss fights while stacking Ego Leech for Telekinetic Lance. Grants 9% resist with Warden Mastery during boss fights.
Level 6: Ego Reverberation: An effective Energy Unlock for TK. Returns a whopping 46 energy for Ms. Miracle.
Level 8: Seraphim (Rank 2, Rank 3): Slotted Passive that boosts Ego damage and Healing. Provides a small passive, always on, HoT.
Level 11: Mental Discipline (Rank 2, Rank 3): Boosts crit chance and increase Ego damage while decreasing Mentalist power cost.
Level 14: Telekinetic Burst (Rank 2, Sudden Impact): AoE attack. With this build's high Ego stat, Sudden Impact is almost a guaranteed couple of seconds interrupt or pre-emptive damage while it's Disorient procs debuff enemy damage against you. Always spam in threes when debuffing, spam at will for AoE.
Level 17: Force Shield (Force Sheathe): Force Sheathe works for 8 seconds after blocking to continue giving a small defence buff and gives you energy when attacked which scale with your Ego stat. The reasons to rank up Force Shield are little in normal content except in extreme cases, but Rank 3 Force Shield looks fantastic.
Level 20: Telekinetic Lance (Rank 2, Rank 3): Your high damage range attack that can double it's damage from the stacks of Ego Leech from your melee (Ego Weaponry) or range (Telekinetic Burst) attacks.
Level 23: Empathic Healing (Rank 2, Rank 3): An effective heal for yourself or ally, boosted by Seraphim and cost reduced by Mental Discipline.
Level 26: Ego Blade Frenzy (Rank 2, Rank 3): Ego Blade Frenzy is handy in certain situations as a second AoE. While soloing, mobs tend to close in on you, use Telekinetic Burst to boost energy and debuff them before finishing them with Ego Blade Frenzy. Optional to switch this in favour of another power, it's here mainly for utility/versatility.
Level 29: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3): Your main health upkeep healing power. Heals a lot when boosted by Seraphim, heals half your health pool when it crits.
Level 32: Masterful Dodge: Most commonly used Active Defense. Very useful to buff yourself when pulling a mob towards you.
Level 35: Ascension: No energy cost healing that heals a lot from Seraphim and can crit. Hardly necessary as an emergency heal, but useful as a breakfree or to fly over obstacles.
Level 38: Circle of Primal Dominion: Heals more in Support role. Fantastic knock resist power to be used when fighting bosses.
