Introduction:
I retcon away my healer a few months back but healers and tanks may probably be in demand after the dodge nerf, so Shamus is returning to his telepathic healer roots.
This build can be played as either a dedicated support healer, or a dedicated support tank, i.e. Support or Hybrid role.
Whether as a tank or healer, it provides huge team support benefits. It's massive amount of passive healing is available to everyone on the team as well as buff defense significantly, while debuffing enemies.
Tests done:
In hybrid role, solo elite lairs.
In support role, 2 man and 5 man elite lairs, taking on multiple mobs at times.
Videos:
Same old Therakiel's Temple test
(In the video, I show how it survives as a tank mostly with just passive healing.)
(Same test, only this time I take on the entire room at once. And not just surviving it by blocking, but killing everything. Remember, this build has no active defenses.)

Primary Utility:
[Heroic Helmet of Speed] + Impact Prism + Pre x2
*Note: (Mathematical Dodge vs. Defense gear for this build based on R7 mods)
Hybrid: 2.4% more resist average vs 2.1% less mitigation on a non dodge
Support: 2.4% more resist average vs 2.9% less mitigation on a non dodge
Conclusion: Mathematically, dodge gear only provides marginally more damage mitigation at the cost of marginally more damage taken on a non dodge hit. However, the potential to mitigate 55% on a spike (before resist) weighs heavily in favour of using dodge gear.

Secondary Offense:
Vigilante's Critical Belt +44 Pre +47 Critical Strike
